If you don't file your Florida business's annual report by its final deadline, then Florida's Division of Corporations will Administratively Dissolve your entity. Thankfully, this is different from an actual dissolution, in that your entity will continue to exist. However, it won't be able to conduct business again until it files for Reinstatement.    2. Your Federal Employer Identification Number, also known as an EIN or FEIN.
   3. Filing fee payable by credit/debit card (see filing fees above) 
   4. A valid e-mail address to receive confirmation of filing and future communications.
